چکیده

In spectral beam combining systems based on a grating-external cavity, due to some factors such as the “smile” effect of semiconductor laser array and error optical components in external from one emitter transmits into cavity then can return other emitters, thereby forming crosstalk between two emitters. this work, order investigate physical mechanism influence properties locked spectra efficiency, feedback rate equation, modes that stably oscillate coupling are derived, oscillating model is built. With consideration mode competition effects different emitters with intervals analyzed detail. The results show leads shift peak spectrum generation sub-peak. closer has more serious structure, combined spot, efficiency. efficiencies influencing 1st, 2nd 3rd 45.5%, 50.2%, 63.8%, respectively (When there no crosstalk, efficiency 80.1%). Finally, theoretical analysis verified experimentally, experimentally observed under phenomena degradation, shift, edge burrs, side lobes spectra, which consistent predictions. Moreover, according simulation experimental observations, it found be suppressed certain extent by increasing spacing Galileo telescope system suggested suppress optimize structure Compared Kepler does not have real focal point, prevent local power being too high, damaging components.

1450-nm high-brightness wavelength-beam combined diode laser array.

We have demonstrated wavelength beam combining of a 1450-nm diode laser array with a novel smile compensation method. We have achieved 20-W cw from a 25-element single bar with an M(2) of 1.9 (fast axis) x 10 (wavelength-beam-combined dimension).

Synchronous characterization of semiconductor microcavity laser beam.

We report on a high-resolution double-channel imaging method used to synchronously map the intensity- and optical-frequency-distribution of a laser beam in the plane orthogonal to the propagation direction. The synchronous measurement allows us to show that the laser frequency is an inhomogeneous distribution below threshold, but that it becomes homogeneous across the fundamental Gaussian mode ...

Physical Nonlinear Analysis of a Beam Under Moving Harmonic Load

A prismatic beam made of a behaviorally nonlinear material is analyzed under aharmonic load moving with a known velocity. The vibration equation of motion is derived usingHamilton principle and Euler-Lagrange Equation. The amplitude of vibration, circular frequency, bending moment, stress and deflection of the beam can be calculated by the presented solution.Considering the response of the beam,...

Analysis of the theory of thermal damage in biological tissues caused by Laser beam

Introduction: In laser surgery, the laser beam can evaporate and cut the tissue like a small surgical knife when the tissue temperature is heated to 100 degrees Celsius. a complete understanding of the distribution of damage in both pathologic tissue and surrounding tissue is necessary. Although the test is the most realistic solution for treating medical problems, for this rea...

an infinite planar array of rectangular microstrip patch antenna analysis

the methods which are used to analyze microstrip antennas, are divited into three categories: empirical methods, semi-empirical methods and full-wave analysis. empirical and semi-empirical methods are generally based on some fundamental simplifying assumptions about quality of surface current distribution and substrate thickness. thses simplificatioms cause low accuracy in field evaluation. ful...
